It is suitable for three-phase full control (semi-control) bridge, three-phase zero type, double anti-star and three-phase AC controllable switches. According to different feedback signals, it can form a DC speed control system, constant voltage, constant current and constant temperature Control system, etc.

I. Features

1. When using the control board, just connect a 10kΩ multi-turn given potentiometer, corresponding feedback and protection signals, and 380V single-phase AC power supply, and connect six (or three) pulse outputs to the corresponding thyristor. . No external power transformer or synchronization transformer is required.
2. As long as the wiring is correct when the user uses it, the synchronization system isolated by the photocoupler can automatically adapt to the access of the different phase sequence of the main circuit, and there is no need to check the phase sequence of the main circuit.

3. The parameters of the IP regulator with excellent performance can be adjusted independently to meet the requirements of rapidity and stability of different systems.

4. It can realize soft start and stop with different time constants for the controlled system.

5. Can adapt to a variety of feedback and protection signal access.

6. When the value of the adjusted quantity and the analog protection quantity reaches the set protection value, the control system can realize the hard characteristic cut-off protection. If the cut-off protection fails for some reason, when the protected value reaches 110%~115 of the cut-off set value When %, memory protection is realized, the output pulse is blocked, and a set of contact signals are sent out to make the main circuit trip.

7. The control board has a contact input that can realize memory protection. The contact signal can be a long signal or a short signal, such as a fast-blow fuse signal for the main circuit.

8. A pulse transformer is required to meet the trigger requirements of different capacity thyristors and different thyristor converter devices. Using the same control board, by changing the type of pulse transformer, it can be adapted to the control needs of a single thyristor or a parallel or series system of multiple thyristors.

9. There is a reset circuit, and the user can easily reset under fault conditions through an external reset button.

II. Conditions of use

  The control panel can work normally under the following conditions:

  1. The altitude does not exceed 1500m;

  2. The operating environment temperature is -10~45≧;

  3. Relative air humidity +90% (when the relative ambient temperature is 20≧);

  4. There is no conductive, explosive dust, no corrosive and insulating gas around;

  5. No severe vibration and shock.

Three, how to use

  1. Installation and dimensions

  (1) The board should be installed vertically and firmly, and the distance between the back of the board and the conductive mounting board at the back is −10mm. There should be no more heat-generating devices within 200mm below the board.

  (2) The connecting wire area should be a soft wire −0.5mm2, and each feedback protection signal, given potentiometer and pulse output wire should be twisted wire, and no less than 8~10 twists per 100mm.

  (3) The external dimensions of the KCZ6-2T control board are: length〜width〜height=240mm〜180mm〜55mm, the installation hole distance is length〜width=230mm〜170mm, and the installation hole is 4-ф4.5.

2. Correct wiring

(1) The position of the lead wire on the board is shown in Figure 1.

(2) Wiring method

  KCZ6-2T control board has 7 external connectors. The correct wiring of each connector is as follows:

1) S1-1, S1-3 are connected to an external ~380V power supply.

2) S2-6, S2-7, S2-8 are connected to an external set potentiometer, the value of the potentiometer is 10kΩ, and S2-7 is connected to the potentiometer sliding point.

3) S2-5, S2-4, S2-3 are control panel +15V, -15V and ground output, which can be used by users, but the current used for each channel should not exceed 50mA.

4) S2-1 can be used as a special reference input, generally not used.

5) S3-10, S3-9, S3-8, S3-7, S3-6 are analog feedback signal input points, S3-10, S3-9 are DC signal input points, S3-8, S3- 7. S3-6 is a three-phase AC signal input point (single-phase input signal is connected to any two points).

6) S3-5, S3-4, S3-3, S3-2, S3-1 are analog protection signal input points, S3-5, S3-4 are DC signal input points, S3-3, S3- 2. S3-1 is a three-phase AC signal input point (single-phase signal connects to any two points).

7) S4-1, S4-3 are connected to the external integrated protection normally open contact.

8) S5-1, S5-2, S5-4, S5-5, S5-7, S5-8, S5-10, S5-11, S6-1, S6-2, S6-4, S6 -5 is the six-channel pulse output of the control board, which is connected to the input of the six-channel thyristor to trigger the final board. This should be paid special attention. Since the KCZ6-2T control board does not contain a pulse power amplifier and isolation link, the output of the six-channel pulse must be It can be connected to the gate cathode of the thyristor after the pulse is not amplified or isolated by the grade board.

9) S7-1 and S7-2 can be connected to an external reset button, which can be used to reset when a fault memory occurs.

10) S7-4 is a special application input. When a +13」15V potential is input at this point, the pulse output can be blocked, and it is generally not used.

11) S7-4, S7-5, and S7-6 are a switching contact that acts as a main circuit trip in the event of a fault, and the contact capacity is 」380V/0.5A or 」220V/1A.

12) S8-1, S8-3, and S8-5 are synchronous voltage input terminals, respectively connected to the AC input terminal of the bridge arm, that is, the cathodes of the original SCR2, SCR6, and SCR4 of the thyristor (SCR).

3. Application notes

(1) Requirements for analog feedback signals and protection signals

1) The DC voltage signal is 0」10V, and the three-phase and single-phase AC voltage signal is 0」10V.

2) Single-phase and three-phase AC current signals are 0」100mA. When using this type of current signal, the connection line "2" ("3") corresponding to the input amount should be connected on the board.

3) The DC current signal is 0」10mA. When using this type of signal, in addition to connecting the corresponding wire "2" ("3"), and changing the corresponding resistance R61 (R86) to 1.1kΩ/0.5 The resistance of W.

4) If the IC3 pin 6 to ground connection "1" is connected, a single pulse will be output.

(2) Potentiometer in the board and its function

There are 10 potentiometers P1」P10 in the KCZ6-2T control board. The functions and adjustment methods of each potentiometer are as follows:

1) The potentiometer P1」P3 adjusts the amplitude of the synchronization signal, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the user does not need to adjust it during use.

2) Potentiometer P4 is used to adjust the length of the given integral time.

3) The potentiometer P5 adjusts the maximum angular limit. The ?Cmax has been adjusted to 150o when leaving the factory. If the user uses the KCZ6-2T control board in a three-phase controllable rectifier system, and the load is a resistive load, then P5 No need to adjust.

4) The potentiometer P7 adjusts the minimum angle (ie ?Cmax) to limit the amplitude. It has been adjusted to ?Cmin=0 at the factory, and the user does not need to adjust it again during use.

5) The potentiometer P10 adjusts the integral time constant of the IP regulator, while RP8 adjusts the proportional coefficient of the IP regulator.

6) Potentiometers P6 and P9 adjust the magnitude of feedback.

(3) Issues that should be specified

1) The KCZ6-2T control board is suitable for three-phase full-control, semi-controlled rectification or voltage regulation systems where the main power device is a thyristor. When semi-control is used, only G1 and K1 output by S5 and S6 can be used; G3, K3; G5, K5 three sets of output, can also use S5 and S6 output G2, K2; G4 , K4; and G6, K6.

2) There is only one closed-loop regulator in the KCZ6-2T control board. When the closed-loop feedback signal is AC input, connect to F1-3」F1-5. When the closed-loop feedback signal is DC, connect to F1-1 and F1-2. , If the feedback signal is a voltage signal, the voltage closed loop can be realized to achieve the purpose of stabilizing the output voltage; if the feedback signal is the output current, the current closed loop can be realized to obtain the effect of stabilizing the output current.

3) F2-1」F2-5 of KCZ6-2T is the output terminal of protection sampling signal, when DC input is connected to F2-1」F2-5 channel, current F1-1」F1-5 is connected to voltage sampling signal, system The work is constant current control over-voltage protection, on the contrary, the closed-loop feedback signal is taken as voltage, then F2-1~F2-5 channels are connected to voltage, F1-1」F1-5 is connected to current sampling signal, and the system is constant voltage control over-current protection.
